Agreement to Borrow Equipment

We, John Stephen Duller, Roxanne Grace Laurente, Jovelyn Lacea and Alyssa Fe
Hampac, are borrowing the following equipment from PTE Construction:
 4 Rectangular Moulds

The rental period for our Equipment is from August 5,2019 to August 9, 2019 . We
understand that it is our responsibility to pick up the Equipment, and to return it to the same
location at the end of our rental period unless otherwise agreed by both parties. We agree to
return the Equipment to PTE Construction in the same condition that it was in on the day we
rented it, normal wear and tear excepted.

We understand that there is a rental payment amounting 300 pesos per set and an
additional 50 pesos per exceeding day of the Equipment. However, in the event that the
Equipment is lost or destroyed during my rental period, we agree to replace the Equipment at
our own expense. Also, if the Equipment is damaged during our rental period, we agree to have
the Equipment fixed or replaced.
