GUIDELINES FOR STUDENT GROUPS

VISITING WOFEX 2019

GENERAL ADMISSION POLICIES

1. Only 16 years old and above allowed entry for all 4 days for both venues;
2. No shorts, sando, sandals allowed into both venues;
3. All visitors must fill up the registration form available at the registration
counter;
4. An entrance fee of P200 will be charged for entry;
5. The issued id must be worn at all times while within the venue;
6. Exhibitors in general frown at the sight of large student groups. To avoid
this, please abide by these preferred conduct of students while in the expo :
a. School uniforms, unless they are Chefs Uniform, are discouraged;
smart casual to business attire is highly preferred
b. A list of students with corresponding payments must be prearranged
so that the IDs can be prepared beforehand;
c. For large groups, only one authorized group leader to approach the
pre-registration counter to obtain the prepared IDs to avoid
crowding;
d. Please brief the students not to go around the halls in groups larger
than 3 people;
e. Please limit the visit to no more than 2 hours;
f. Prioritized are students of the following :
i. Culinary / Baking Courses
ii. Hotel and Restaurant Management Courses
iii. Home Economics
iv. Business / Entrepreneurship Programs

g. All school service/vehicle should park at the designated parking area.

h. No smoking, no firearms or any deadly weapons allowed. Nobody

under the influence of drugs or liquor allowed. Organizers reserve the
right to refuse entry or ask unruly students to leave the premises;
i. No loitering or sitting on the floor. It is advised to have the students
wait for each other on the bus instead;
 j. Since the exhibitors have allocated limited collaterals and samplings
during the expo, PLEASE ADVISE STUDENTS NOT TO ABUSE THE
PRODUCT SAMPLINGS NOR GET ALL THE FLIERS UNLESS NEEDED.

k. If certificates are needed, please coordinate early before the show so

that the organizers can prepare it ahead of time. Appropriate charges
shall apply.

We are limiting the number of students allowed per day. To avoid inconvenience
please be sure to proceed only if with approval from the organizer.

We thank you for your kind cooperation. We can only continue to grow the event if
we are able to make our exhibitors happy. Proper handling of student groups is a
key ingredient and your cooperation is most appreciated.
