Sherrie Cohen (Candidate) appeals the order of the Philadelphia
County Court of Common Pleas (trial court), which granted the petitions of
Christopher M. Vogler and Deja Lynn Alvarez (collectively, Objectors)! to set
aside Candidate's nomins
n papers as a candidate of the “A Better Council”
Party® for an at-large seat on the Philadelphia City Council in the November 5,

On August 1, 2019, Candidate filed with the Philadelphia County
Board of Elections (Board) nomination papers to appear on the November 5, 2019
Municipal Election ballot as a candidate of the “A Better Council” Party for an at-
large seat on the Philadelphia City Council.’ On August 7, 2019, Objector Alvarez
filed the petition to set aside Candidate's nomination papers, generically alleging
that “the Candidate's Nomination Papers ... wfere] improperly filed [and]
therefore fail to conform to the Requirements of the Election Code, and must be set
