    Fellow teachers,

    Good morning.

    I am writing this letter to inform you that there will be no meeting this afternoon because I know you
    still have a lot of things to do in preparation of our card day this coming Saturday. But Please be
    reminded of the following information’s.

    A. FIELD TRIP
     Assembly Place LHA Gym (Main Campus)
     There will be a particular room assigned for each bus
     Departure 3:00 AM Sharp

    B. CARD DAY
     Assigned grade level kindly submit the program committee
     Advisers - Prepare your agenda to make your first meeting with
    parents organize and systematic.
     Prepare your class records, anecdotal record, form 1 and test papers.
     Prepare the class list with an average and arrange it alphabetically.
     Teachers call time 7:00 AM
     Monday Uniform - All teachers
     Checking of certificates – Friday 8:00 AM

    Other matters will be discussed on Monday at our faculty meeting. Thank you for your cooperation.
