Chapter One
Inspection

1.1 Abstract
To ensure the long-term stability of the analyzer, maintenance personnel need to check, test and
maintain it regularly. This chapter provides the basic test method for the analyzer. Please ask the
maintenance personnel to check and test the analyzer according to the actual situation.
The test and inspection methods provided in this chapter are mainly used to verify whether the
performance of the analyzer can meet the specifications requirements. In the test, if the test
result fails to meet the requirements, it indicates that some functional module of the analyzer is
broken and needs to be repaired or replaced immediately. If you have any other questions,
please contact our after-sales service department.

1.2 Visual inspection

Visual inspection mainly carries out the comprehensive appearance inspection on the analyzer. If
there is no obvious physical damage to the tester, visual inspection will pass.Specific inspection
contents are as follows:
(1) Whether there is any physical damage to the shell, display screen and buttons of the analyzer.
(2) Whether the external connection cable is worn or not, and whether the connector pin is loose
or distorted.
(3) Whether the external port of the analyzer is loose or the pin is distorted.

1.3 Power On Self Test

The power on test is used to determine whether the analyzer can start up normally. If the
analyzer can start up by following steps, the power on test will pass.
(1) Remove the battery adjustment plate and load the lithium battery into the analyzer; Connect
the battery cable inside the instrument.
(2) Press the power switch to turn on the analyzer. The key is always flickering, which will make a
4
brief motor sound and enter the startup interface.
(3) The startup interface disappears and enters the system's main interface, normal startup is
completed.
(4) Connect the analyzer to the power adapter and power on. At the top right corner of the
display, where the battery power is displayed, a lightning flag is displayed indicating that the
battery is being charged.

5
Chapter Two
Troubleshooting
2.1 Abstract
The chapter classifies the fault components and fault phenomena of the analyzer. When
troubleshooting, please refer to the corresponding fault table, and check, locate and
troubleshoot the fault in order.
The recommended solutions provided in this chapter can solve most of the equipment failures
you encounter, but do not include any possible problems. If any failure is not included in this
chapter, please contact our after-sales service department.

2.2 Software Version Check

Some troubleshooting may involve software version compatibility. At this time, you need to
know the analyzer configuration and software version information. For detailed information
about version compatibility, please contact our after-sales service department. Please follow the
following steps to check the software version: click in turn, [Menu]→ [System Settings] →
[Analyzer information] , the software version and hardware version will appear.

2.3 Fault Code Alarm and Inspection

Before troubleshooting, please note whether the analyzer displays error code alarm
information. If yes, please remove the technical alarm firstly, and then troubleshoot the following
to avoid unnecessary equipment disassembly.LS-1000 fault code and related explaination are
shown in the following table:

Chapter Three
Repair and Disassembly
3.1 Tool
You may need the following tools during the disassembling and replacement of spare parts: cross
screwdriver, hexagon screwdriver, oblique nose pliers, tweezers, etc.

3.2 Notes for disassembly and installation

(1) Disconnect the power adapter and shut down before disassembling the tester.
(2) When reinstallation, please pay attention to the line sequence and insert the connecting line,
and place the connecting line well to avoid short circuit caused by the crushing of the connecting
line.
(3) When reinstallation, choose the screw suitable for the model. If the screw type is not correctly
selected and forced into, the equipment may be damaged; And during use after reinstallation,
screws or components may come off and cause unpredictable product damage.
(4) Please disassemble the equipment in a certain order. If the order is wrong and the equipment
is forcibly disassembled, it may cause irreversible damage to the equipment.
(5) Before disassembling the components, please make sure that all connection wires have been
removed. Please take care to avoid pulling the connection wire or damaging the connection head.
(6) Please sort the disassembled screws and other parts so that they can be taken away when
reinstalled and avoid falling, pollution or loss.

3.3 Disassembly and Circuit Port

3.3.1 Disassemble rear cover
Remove the six screws at the red marked position as shown in figure 3.3.1 with a cross
screwdriver. After removing the screws, remove the flexible row of connecting screen and
mainboard. Remove the connecting line of switch machine key from the interface of mainboard
to separate the front and rear cover.
