I, EXIQUEL ALABA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, with residence and postal address
at Zone 6, Bugo, Cagayan de Oro, hereinafter referred to as the RECEPIENT/VENDOR, do
hereby acknowledge receipt of the amount of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (30,000.00) as
advance payment of the parcel of land I sold to JOHN REY I. LOPENA, married, of legal age,
Filipino citizen, with residence and postal address at Upper Lumad, Poblacion, Mambajao,
Camiguin Province 9100, hereinafter referred to as the PAYOR/VENDEE;

This payment received will serve as advance payment of the PAYOR/VENDEE to the
ONE HUNDRED (100) SQUARE METERS portion of the herein described property which
he bought from me. This a portion of a registered parcel of land located in Bugo, Cagayan de
Oro, in which the Transfer Certificate of Title will be covered upon completion of Payment.
