AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY

I, LUNINGNING CRUZ ARBOLY, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident

of Camp Fermin Lira, General Santos City, Philippines after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:

1. That I am one of the children of Perla V. Cruz who was a registered

owner of a parcel of land which is more properly described as

“A parcel of land known as Lot 154-B, Psd-12-041623, being

a portion of Lot 154, Pls-221, situated in the Brgy. of San
Felipe, Municipality of Tantangan, Province of South
Cotabato containing an area of TWO THOUSAND NINE
HUNDRED EIGHTY (2,980) SQUARE METERS, more or less
and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-110946”

2. That the above-described property is not tenanted nor worked by an

agricultural lessee as of October 21, 1972 and up to the present and
therefore not covered with P.D. 27 together with its implementing rules
and regulations;

3. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
