Q : Hello Good Morning/Afternoon….How are you today?

A : Good Morning, I am very well , thank you, How about you Sir/Ms?

Q : Could you tell me about your self / Please introduce your self!

A : Of course, My name is ………………………, I am ………….years old, I am from…….village ,Bali-

Indonesia, My hobby is …………….., I study in Hotel and Cruise School Bali Crystal College, My majority is
Food & Beverage Service. Besides, I also work as daily worker/ staff / waiter in …(nama
hotel/restaurant)………………..hotel/restaurant

Q ; Can you tell me about your village ?

A : of course, My village is ……….,(beautiful/nature), it is located in ……….( lokasi) , my village is

near with famous tourism destination in Bali like,,,,,, ( monkeyforest/cekingan rice terrace/water
temple) . The people in my village is very friendly.

Q : Why do you choose to be front office ?

A : it is because I love to service the people started from young until old one, and I like to make
contact and communicate with the guest so I can improve my english and get new relation. Besides, I
always happy to work by using computer

Q : Why do you want to training/ internship in Singapura/Thailand/Malaysia/Dubai?

A : I want to internship in Singapura/Thailand/Malaysia because I want to get more experiences

about how to be professional receptionist in star rated hotel as your hotel. I want to have international
relation or colleges. I want to improve my skill in front office , I want to improve my english and
mentality as well. Beisdes ,I have a dream to work in hotel star rated hotel inside or out side of my
country so it is better to start my journey to learn in star rated hotel which has international standard
Q : What do you know about Malaysia?

A : Malaysia especially Kuala Lumpur is one of the best tourism destination in the world. There are
a lot of five star hotels there so than I can improve my English and skill. Besides there are many torism
destination Twin Tower, genting island, batu cave and others. So it is a good place to do internship in
malaysia

Q : are you working now?

A : Yes, I am working in the morning and studying in campus in the evening

Q : Do you have any experiences?

A : Yes , I have experiences, I have training experiences in …….hotel /restaurant for ….. months,
and I have job experiences in …….. hotel/restaurant for……months ( sebutkan penglamanan yang kalian
punya sesuia CV )

Q : What do you do in your work place ? / What is your job description?

A : Well, my job description handling chek in and check out, making reservation , handling
telephone operator and sometimes pottering the guest to the room

Q : Have you ever handled complaint?

A : Yes sir/madam, for example, the guest want to change the room because they don’t like the
room view, first I do apologize to the guest, and then I discuss with my supervisor to find the solution.
After we get solution I tell the solustion politly to the guest like change the room which has other view
or find another room option which they like as long as the room is available

Q : What is your dream?

A : My Dream is to be a professional receptionist and working in star rated hotel or cruise line
