 Trough floor to P.L. No. 31130112 which comes under "A" Category item
was missing in the previous list. This has been added after due vetting by
WAO(IC)/KPA vide Letter No. WAK/FB (x)/EAC/20t8-L9 dt. 01.04.19. EAC of Acetylene
to P.L. No, 81040015has also been enhanced and kept at par the EAC of 2OL9-2A.
Hence, no separate vetting was done.

All items have been segregated into two list based on KPAW EAC only.
Items which are 'A' category on the basis of KPAW EAC are being communicated after
inserting corrections in columns for divisional EAC on the original sheets vetted by local
accounts containing the signature of accounts officers. Other items, which are B / C
category on the basis of KPAW's EAC are separately annexed under the signature of
undersigned. However, out of these items, some items fall in 'A' category after the
divisional EAC is added up. Same have been indicated in the annexure lists and
marked as'A' cat in the 'CAT'column, which may require vetting at HQ level, It may
be noted that EAC of WTA, indentable and BHEL items have already been
communicated vide Dy. CME/C/KPA's Llno. MCP /Mat-celU78/24L0 dt. 25.L0.t7,
PE/KPA's Letter No.MGP/8-I/QRP/ABP/L734 dtd.23.1.L.2017 and this office Letter
No.EPD/PLIEAC Review (2O-2I)lSD/450 dtd.16.03.2OL9. However, the BO-wise
breakup on the same EAC is communicated hereby,

DY.CMM/HLR vide Letter No HL/Gr.3L/Genl/L dt. 02.04.L9. has

communicated some items where it is seen that for some items NL cads are already
closed. These have been removed from the list, Other items indicated in
DY.CMM/HLR's above letter have been reviewed and seen that there is no change in
the EAC. Hence, same EACs have been kept.

Vide DY.CMM/HLR's Letter No, HL/Gr,30/Genl/L dtd.03.04.L9, it is stated

that some of the items are missing in the list of EAC communicated vide Letter
dtd,16.03,19, but actually the items are available. All the items are again being
communicated through revised list. Only 4 items could not be found which have been
shown in the revised list.

In view of the above, a complete revised list of all annexures is being

sent herewith which are to be considered for EAC for the year 2020-21 instead of the
EAC communicated against those items in the original list dtd.16,03.19. Necessary
procurement action may be taken accordingly, In the same list, the divisional quota as
well as the break-up of KPA quota among various BOs have been indicated which may
be followed.

It was further detected that against some items the quota of SDAH
Division was erroneously doubled. Also, it was found that against some items the EAC
did not match with the total of BO / Division wise quota. These have been rectified in
the reviewed list.

Further, it may be noted that t28 items have been categorized as

emergency items and communicated vide L/No.EPD/PL/EAC Review (19-20)/SD/301
dtd.22.02.19, Hence, procurement action of such items may be initiated considering
the communicated EAC as '-Lrppef .:.. -. +,1,: ' stock limit.

 A similar revision considering latest developments for EAC 19-20 will be
issued shortly. Further, some check sheets following PL calendar for 2O-2L have
already been issued. Corrections if necessary owing to revised EAC will be issued.
