DEED OF DONATION OF A PORTIONOF REGISTERED LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED, made and executed at Tuguegarao City, Cagayan Philippines, by and between –
MANUEL R. YADAN., of legal age, married to GLORIA PAGULAYAN, Filipino
citizen, and a resident of Penablanca Cagayan, hereinafter called the DONOR.

- IN FAVOR OF –
MANUEL P. YADAN JR., of legal age, married to SHELLA MAY QUILANG,
Filipino citizen and residents of Centro, Penablanca, Cagayan, herein after called the
DONEE.
WITNESSETH:
That the DONOR is the absolute owner of a portion of land located at CENTRO PENABLANCA
CAGAYAN, and more particularly described, as follows:
“ Lot No.3-B, containing an area of ONE HUNDRED NINETY SIX point FIFTY
(196.50) square meters more or less and still covered by TCT No. P-44007.”
That, for and in consideration of the love and affection of the DONOR for the DONEE, the latter
being his son the former, the said DONOR by these presents cede, transfer and conveys, by way of
DEED OF DONATION, unto said DONEES the property above-described portion, CONTAINING AN
AREA OF (196.50) sq,m., free and clear of all liens and encumbrances.

That the DONOR does hereby state, for the purposes of giving full affect to this donation that she
had reserved unto herself in full ownership other property sufficient to support her manner appropriate to
her station.
ACCEPTANCE
That the DONEE does hereby accept the foregoing DONATION of the above-described property,
for which he express his sincerest appreciation and gratitude for the kindness and liberality shown by the
DONOR.

 DONATION INTER VIVOS
Know All Men By These Presents:

This DEED, made and executed at Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, by and among-

EDUARDO M. SAQUING, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single and a resident of

Cataggaman Viejo, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, hereinafter called the Donor.

- In favor of:

DOMINGA M. SAQUING, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to FRANCIS

G. NARAG, JR. and a resident of Atulayan Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

MIRIAM S. CALIGUIRAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single and a resident of

Cataggaman Viejo, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

HONELYN B. SAQUING, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to

ANOTHONY A. BUSCAYNO, and a resident of Cataggaman Viejo, Tuguegarao
City, Cagayan.

Hereinafter called the Donees.

WITNESSETH: THAT –

That the donor is owner of certain parcel of land and more particularly described under
TCT No. T-160921, issued by the register of deeds of Cagayan, as follows:

“A parcel of land lot no. 1985-A of the Subd., plan psd-(af)-02034363,

located at Cataggaman Nuejo, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. Bounded on the
E along line 1-2 by lot 1984, Tuguegarao Cad; on the S along line 2-3 by
lot 1985-B of the subd., plan; on the W along line 3-4 by lot 1986,
Tuguegarao Cad; on the N along line 4-1 by lot 1980. Tuguegarao Cad.
Containing an area of One Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Five point
Seventy five (1,555.75), square meters, more or less.”

That for and in consideration of the love and affection of the DONOR for the DONEES, the later
being the sisters, nieces and nephews of the former, the said DONOR by these presents cede,
transfer and convey, by way of donation “Inter Vivos, unto the said DONEES a portion of the
above-described property, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, in the following
proportions, to wit:

a. DOMINGA M. SAQUING – lot 1985-A-1, with an area of one hundred sixty six
point ninety (166.90), square meters, more or less.

b. TO: MIRIAM S. CALIGUIRAN-lot 1985-A-6, with an area of one hundred sixty six
point ninety (166.90), square meters, more or less.

c. TO: HONELYN B. SAQUING- Lot 1985-A-7, with an area of one hundred sixty six
point ninety (166.90), square meters, more or less.

That the DONOR do hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect to this donation.
That he had reserved unto himself in full ownership other property sufficient to support him in a
manner appropriate to his station.
 ACCEPTANCE
That the DONEES do hereby accepts the foregoing donation of the above described
property for which they express their sincerest appreciation and gratitude for the kindness and
liberality shown by the DONOR.
