Gym Timings
5 AM to 10 AM Open to all

10 AM to 10.30 AM Housekeeping

10.30 AM to 2 PM Only for Women

4 PM to 11 PM Open to all
Security guard is in charge of opening and closing the gym.

Gym Rules
1. Follow the gym timings.
Some hours are reserved for women. Rest of the time it is open to all.

2. Gym is open only for persons 12 years and above.


If you notice younger persons in gym, it is your right and duty to tell them out, in the
interest of every one's safety.

3. Use "dedicated" gym shoes. No sandals or barefoot.


This would ensure that gym is neat and tidy all the time.

4. Make sure you wear appropriate attire for the workout.


Consider your comfort, safety and privacy.

5. Have Good Hygiene.


No, you don’t need a bath before coming to the gym (that's for the swimming pool,
remember ;) But don't be smelling, is all we say.

6. Wipe Up After Yourself.


Bring a towel to wipe sweat from your body and also from the equipment that you use.

7. Bring your own supply of water.

8. Mobile phones on silent please.


Not only can it be irritating to fellow users, it can cause accidents.

9. You are welcome to use your music players.


But only on earphone mode.

10. Give Others Space.


Often, dumbbells, barbells and other pieces of equipment are on racks or shelves.
When you get one of these items from its location, back away at least 4-6 feet,
so that others can go get their own equipment while you’re doing your exercise.

11. Leave It How You Found It, usually.


Place equipment from where you took it. If things are already in disarray, thanks to
arrange them well.

12. Don’t Monopolize Equipment.


Plan for your workout time and if someone is waiting to use the equipment,
work in sets so that the other person can use it.

13. Limit your use of cardio equipment (treadmill, elliptical trainer, cycle...) to 20 minutes.
Especially if someone is waiting for it.

14. Ask for help, and do help.


You may need help if you are new to a certain equipment / exercise.
Or someone else may need similar help. Feel free to give and take help.

15. Switch off the AC and lights when leaving or when not needed.
And do take care of the remote control.
