A. POLICY STATEMENT
All employees are expected to comply with the directives of the company and should keep
the norms of conduct embodied in this code. Each employee must act in accordance with the
company’s rules and regulations applicable from time to time. Employees are expected to conduct
themselves on the job in a manner that contributes to the effectiveness and productivity at
work.. The duty must be performed in good faith and a brief reporting of the work done in the
entire day must be send on the designated WeChat group.
A. Late attendance time in for three (3) consecutive on non-consecutive days in one (1)
month, one (1) warning letter would be given plus salary deduction equivalent to Half
Day.
B. If the employee received two (2) warning letters in one (1) month, the company will
suspend the employee for three (3) days.
C.If the employee received three (3) warning letters in one (1) month, the company
has the right to suspend and possibly terminate the employee.
1.2 In addition, anyone who received a warning letter, the company has the right to
cancel the employee’s performance incentive.
1.3 No late, leave, absent, or change of rest day for the whole month will be given an additional
P500.00 for the second cut off as incentive.
In case you want to change your rest day, you must inform the employer one (1) week notice
prior in making monthly schedule.
4. Absenteeism
You are required to be at your appointed work place and ready to begin work at the appointed
starting time. (9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M) Employees who will be late or absent from work must
inform the employer at least two (2) hours prior to normal starting time.
4.1 Any employee who is absent without prior permission will be marked as Absent and one (1)
warning letter would be given. Emergency cases is an exception.
4.2 If the store is abandoned for one (1) hour, it will be considered as absent. Lunch break is
exception.
5.2 Record and update all the transactions in the Books of Account daily. If in
any case there is something that is forgotten to input, a P50.00 penalty shall be
imposed.
5.3 If there is a mistake/s found in the reports send on the designated WeChat
group and Book of Accounts, there would be a penalty equivalent to P20.00.
5.4 If the employee made multiple revision of report in a single day, it will considered as a
mistake equivalent to 0.5 and a penalty of P10.00 shall imposed.
5.5 If the employee made revision of report on the following day, it will considered
as a mistake equivalents to 0.5 and a penalty of P10.00 shall imposed.
6. Lost/Damaged item(s)
If there is damage or lost for either accessories or units due to negligence or carelessness, all the
employees will be held liable for the lost or damage items.
7. Customer Service
Serve the customer willingly and attentively. Must show interest on addressing their needs. If
the customer file a complaint once with service, one (1) warning letter will be given. The
management will take strict action by requiring all shops to post the PCC Zone’s contact
details on the wall.
8. Dress Code
Attire must be neat, clean, and appropriate for work. If the uniform is readily available, it must
be worn at all times during working hours. Wearing of inappropriate attire (slippers, casual sandals,
mini/short skirts, dress, tank top or any revealing clothes), one (1) warning letter will be given.
9. Store Keeping
9.1 Keep the store clean always.
9.2 Ensure that all lights and equipment are shut off before leaving the work place.
9.3 If the employee does not comply on the above mentioned, there would be an imposed 1-5
level of mistake, equivalent to P20.00-P100.00 and one (1) warning letter would be given.
Management will take strict actions if any employee found continuous chatting or playing games during
store hours.
If the employee does not meet the company’s expectations of performance or conduct, the
company has the right to dismiss or possibly terminate the employee and necessary disciplinary or
corrective action may be taken.
