This Letter of Recommendation is written at the personal request of Milica Pavlovic,

international fitness trainer and swimming coach. Milica Pavlovic asked me to give my personal
opinion about his employment to date and about his work with our clients so that he can exercise
his right to work in disciplines of Bodybuilding, Fitness, Body Fitness and Aerobics.

For the period from June 2018 to January 2019, I confirm that while working with our clients
Milica Pavlovic performed his duties according to the predetermined plan and program of
Fitness Centre 3MP in a timely manner and successfully.

Based on everything said above I would like to recommend Milica Pavlovic as an experienced
and skilful Personal Fitness Trainer who behaves decently, properly and correctly in his working
relationship with clients and other employees.

I think that there is no reason why Milica Pavlovic cannot work in a Fitness Centre (Bodybuilding,
Fitness, Body Fitness and Aerobics) and it is my immense pleasure to recommend her as a
responsible and conscientious person who has acquired good work habits.
