MINUTES OF THE LEARNING ACTION CELL(LAC) SESSION

March 28, 2019

Preliminaries:

Opening Prayer: Marjorie A. Pastera

- The LAC session was called to order at 3:30 in the afternoon. Eleven faculty members attended the training-
workshop together with the School Head.

- Ma’am Nicole introduced the topic on Management of Educational Information System and Control it is specially
designed on the to monitor the performance of education programs offered by the institute and to manage the
distribution and allocation of educational resources. She also gives emphasis on the alignment of academic
processes and the delivery of better student experience through comprehensive education management
solution.

- Ma’am Nicole himself unlocked the ambiguity of doing the said format by going through detailed explanations
right after conducting a brief pre-test regarding the topic.

To emphasize:

Objectives:
- Teachers should be able to make a data from the student’s turnover rate to the financial records in an excel file.

Activity:
- Teachers together with the school head used MIS a central data repository capable to gather, organize and store
data. They also used it to process and analyze the data input and generate various reports from it.

- Ma’am Nicole scrutinized the output of each teacher, commended precise outcomes and helped improve those
items that need revisions.

- The LAC session embraced its end at 3:30 in the afternoon.
