Company Name is dedicated to continued improvements in Food Safety and Quality. With that
commitment, we implemented the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Management System and
successfully passed SQF Audit with Excellent Rating.

As part of this process, SQF Code edition 8th requires us to comply with SQF Code and Food
Fraud requirement.

Company Name has written a Food Fraud Procedure and Food Fraud Mitigation Plan
Procedure. The QA/FS Coordinator annually conducts a Food Fraud Vulnerability Assessment
for our supplied materials and suppliers.

Company Name suppliers must be approved prior to purchasing any materials. Company Name
requests, from approved suppliers, documentation for review (3rd party audit, company
questionnaire, product specifications, emergency contacts etc.) on an annual basis. Also the
QA/FS Coordinator annually conducts Supplier Risk Assessments and a Food Fraud Supplier
Register that includes document review, supplier relationship, food fraud history (includes
annual food fraud database and internet research), supplier county of origin, country corruption
level and complaint history.

In addition, all Company Name employees were trained in 2018 for food fraud vulnerabilities,
specifically for our type of product and food fraud aspects in general.
