PB: Good Morning and Happy New Year to all of you! Today is our 1st meeting for this
year. Being the chairman of Barangay Development Council I want to remind you our
upcoming Budget Hearing. Just be prepared, review our development plan and annual
budget. The invited officers for the budget hearing are the Sangguniang Barangay only
but after the said activity we will discuss to all of you what we have been through during
the hearing. The Sangguniang Bayan has no yet exact schedule for the hearing but
they said that this will be held any working days in the month of February.
So, for us to concentrate with our development activity may I ask everyone what you
have notice or observe to all the accomplished and on-going development projects of
our barangay. Anyone?
JAMS L. BANGIS: Chairman, what I have realize on the projects or plan of 2018
is that, no any planned or proposed projects for the Farmers, where I am very worried
why it was happen, as we all know that farming is the major source of living for our
constituents.
ROGER BRACEROS: Being the chairman of Agriculture committee, I also observe
that. But we can’t do anything about that for now because what we are facing is the
proposed and approved projects of the previous Sangguniang Barangay Members
where it was only turn-over to us and we are obliged to continue. But, don’t worry
because this year 2019 there are some proposed projects for agriculture and as I know
all of you are with us in creating those plans for our barangay before it was passed. Are
you?
MARIBEL C. BRACEROS: yes kagawad, the whole set of BDC are present during the
planning period of Annual Investment Plan 2019. And we are aware of those PPAs.
NOVEL M. NIŇO: then, as of now we will just concentrate on the monitoring of our
accomplishment and to be accomplish from the budgeted PPAs of 2018. Anymore
reactions?
ARMANDO L. TEJARO: I guess no more relevant comments from us, it’s like we
should close this meeting.

PB: Good Evening to all of you…. We are here for our 2nd quarterly meeting, I just want
to discuss that one of the projects in our 20% development plan for 2019 is the
barangay counterpart for the new rescue vehicle. And I have a good news that this
project is on the way. Actually it is already purchased and available last month at the
municipal auditorium but it is scheduled to release by barangay this month and we are
just waiting for the exact date.
DANILO N. LIBAG: Good to hear that chairman,

HON. FERDINAND N. MAYO MERLENE A. ABAO: After that releasing of recue vehicle, what will be the next plan for
the implementation of all the PPAs 2019?

DANILO N. LIBAG: As of now, we need to implement some projects from 5% BDRRM
HON. ANGELA MAE B. LUMBANIA Plan because during our last month seminar on BDRRM we have a lot of things to do
for the disaster security of our barangay.

not only be focus on BDRRM because even the GAD PPAs need to accomplish some

of it. Then monthly we need to touch a little by little from the different areas of AIP like
senior citizen, BADAC and etc.,

MANUEL TADEO: I agree with that, but some projects need its total cost of fund before

any more suggestions or comment?
ROMEO B. NIŇO: I think all the agenda was discuss clearly and we need to close this
meeting.

ROGER M. CABONCE: As I observe chairman everything was in good flow of
implementing all the PPAs
DANILO N. LIBAG: May I ask Treas.Manuel M. Tadeo when will be the month of the
total implementation of PPAs from 20% DF?
MANUEL M. TADEO: this month until august its better to focus with the PPAs of GAD,
LCPC and SC then after this we can go forward with the 20% DF.

MR. MANUEL M. TADEO MARIBEL C. BRACEROS: may I ask about the LCPC if the feeding program are also
Barangay Treasurer extended to Elementary pupils?

EVANGELINE A. TADEO: im sorry but the budget for the feeding program is only for
back up fund for all the goods coming from the municipal agencies. So I think its not
NGO’S / CSO’S enough to extend in AES. But, if AES request to allocate fund for feeding program it will
be budgeted for 2020 and not this year.

HON. DANILO N. LIBAG PB: Good Morning we are all here for our quarterly meeting. This month we shall start
planning our PPAs for Budget 2020. So may I request everyone to please give your
HON. ROGER C. BRACEROS suggestions for our PPAs?

DANILO N. LIBAG: I suggest the continuation of Barangay Canal that is on going now
but the budget cost is not enough for the fully accomplishment
ROGER C. BRACEROS: I suggest the Phase 6 of our Multi-purpose hall for the fully
furnishing of the building and the building extension for dirty kitchen.
BENIGNO P. ARANDA: I want the allocation of Medicine for us to continue serving our
people with the medicines they need.

HON. ANGELA MAE B. LUMBANIA EVANGELINE A. TADEO: I also suggest the fully furnishing of VAWC building and its
furniture and some equipment of the office

Barangay Treasurer MARIBEL C. BRACEROS: please include the supply of the ALS because it is include in
the guidelines of 1% LCPC fund.

JAMS L. BANGIS: we need a farm to market road at the southeast part of our barangay
NGO’S / CSO’S because it is the only road to farm that is not constructed.

MERLENE A. ABAO NOVEL M. NIŇO: Ok. Jams I think the farm to market road is better to seek help to the
Senior Citizen Association Pres. higher government agencies. I will try to talk to our municipal may for this matter.
