designing curriculum?
-The vision, mission and goals play a vital role in designing a curriculum
for it should linked to one another. In designing a curriculum, it should have first
the concept of what the school would like to achieve in the next coming years. It
should provide unifying elements in which the members perform individually.
The schools vision, mission and goals should be aligned with the curriculum. It
should be connected to one another so that the flow in learning with students
will be best.

2. What methods, strategies where employed to realize the school?

-There were some methods/ strategies employed to realize the schools
goals; I

a. LECTURE METHOD- this is the most basic/common used by the teacher.

It may be boring to some of the students but it aimed to help them acquire
procedural knowledge which exercised in performance task. Given the students
capabilities, a teacher usually starts class with lecture for them to have the
theories first before proceeding to the activities.

b.INQUIRY METHOD- this method provides the students to explore,

discover and inquire learning. Teachers usually let students explores which
requires deep analyzation and observation. With this, it enhances their
capabilities to work analyze things first.

3. How did the students manifest that they had their vision, mission/
goals?
-As what I have observed with most of my students, they have manifested
that they clearly internalized the vision, mission and goals of the school through
their best performance. I could say that, a teachers Molded students to their
best in terms of learning. They have clearly understood the goals which require
them to become better individuals. The DepEd set vision, mission and objectives
for one goal—that is to mold and equipped the students with learning’s, skills
and good character.
