Good day! Dear Sir,

We, the students listed below, are students in this university taking up Bachelor
of Agricultural Entrepreneurship Major in Animal Production Fourth Year Students of Cavite
State University- Main Campus and an ESGPPA grantee would like to request for financial
assistance to be used in Entrepreneurial Development Project (OJT/EDP), as Swine Production
students, we are in need of the financial assistance specifically, for the feeds that is needed for
the hogs that we are raising, the vitamins or the medicines that is also, needed in times of
sickness. We would like to request in your good office to use our savings as a grantee of
ESGPPA.
