ESSAY:HOW TO DEAL WITH

STRESS

● Stress is one of the biggest and most important
problems of this age because stress always affects
our life in a negative way. In the past people had an
easy life and they did not feel stress so much, but
today their life is getting worse day by day because
of stress. In my opinion, there are three main effects
of being stressed on people’s psychology, work life
and health.
● There are many ways to relieve stress .Firstly, we
need to get enough sleep. It can give your body
calm down and your stress levels will take a
nosedive.
● In addition , we can spill to someone that we trust
because maybe they can settle our problem. We can
share our problem with friends, parents and teachers.
● On the other hand, stress also can relieved with
reading journal. Reading journal can reduce stress
and increase our knowledge. Besides, we are also
recommended to reading the Al-quran. By reading
the Al-quran we can get reward and it can calm our
heart.
● Moreover, we need to engage in any physical
exercise such as, jogging, play football, play
badminton ,making yoga exercises and others. In
this way we will get healthy body and can breath of
fresh air. We can do it two or three times a week in
our free time.
● Already very clear , there are many ways to
relieve stress . So , don’t we always stress because
stress can cause a lot of negatives things such as
death , loss of appetite , pain and others.
