I hereby declare that the information furnished by me is correct and true to the best of my knowledge. I
fully understand accept and agree that if at any time after my appointment with Syntel Pvt. Ltd., it is found
that I have made false declaration, Syntel Pvt. Ltd. has the absolute right to terminate my employment,
forthwith, I authorized Syntel Pvt. Ltd. to conduct a reference check of my antecedents as appropriate.

Atos Syntel does not:

• Ask for any money payment or deposits for giving employment or employment offers to any
candidate in any category.
• Send job offers from free or private internet email services, like Gmail, Rediffmail, Yahoo Mail,
Hotmail and so on.
• Appoint or authorize any person/agent / agency / company to make any offers of employment /
benefits on its behalf.

Note: By registering yourself you get a chance to be eligible for Atos Syntel's campus recruitment drive –
Syntellect. Your registration does not qualify you for the aforesaid campus drive, the selection whereof is
at the sole prerogative of Atos Syntel basis its selection and other criteria for placements. Selection for
