Garcia,

Last August my son, Medl Hesedh C. Masangcap incurred an absence due to stomach ache
which went along with series of vomiting. With this, I advised him to stay home and rest. I didn’t take
him to the doctor because I was still observing him, so he has no medical certificate to present. May I
request that my son be considered excused from the classes he had missed and if possible, may he be
given the exams , quizzes or activities he also missed?
