The products produced by Sushil bakers are 600 lines , 700 lines , 800 lines ,900 lines ,
1000 lines , A series , A9 series , BX series, MG series , Strength Eqipments , Boxing
Punching Stand.

RAW METARIALS
Fitness equipment uses a variety of metallicmaterials, mostly painted carbon steel, Cr-
plated carbon steels, cast iron (for weights), aluminium and stainless steel. . All these raw
materials are purchased through distributors.

PRODUCTS INFORMATION
Cross cable machine
The organization is involved in manufacturing and exporting Cross Cable Machine for large
scale. The products are manufactured with high grade of raw materials. It is made by copper,
plastic, rubber and strong wires. It is mainly used in multi gyms. This product is available with
chin bar mounted on tube and also includes chest press. These cables can be adjusted as per
the specific exercising requirement of the client.

Abdominal Board

Abdominal Board across the world. This is made up of a strong wooden board and cast iron.
This helps to reduce big belly and tightens the abdomen within a month time. This is widely
preferred in multi-specialty gyms and fitness centers. We offer this fitness product at a
diminutive price all over the world.

Jogger machine

Jogger Machines which plays a vital role to uphold a good health. This is made up of physically
powerful stainless steel to bear the weight of the jogger. It is a one stretch solution to serve four
different purposes. It can be used as a treadmill to put down weight and as a stepper to reduce

leg extension machines that we manufactured is acknowledged for its steady performance and

Rowing Machine

Manufacturing and trading Rowing Machine across the world. This is made using cast iron and
alloys. A pulley controls the to and fro motion carrying the tolerable weight which is adjustable
too. As this work out can strengthen lat muscles and shoulder muscles it is preferred by many
fitness centers that are ahead in training men to win titles. Hence, we offer these products at
industry leading prices at less expensive cost.

CAPACITY OF THE MACHINE

There are 3 machines in total in the factory. 1st machine used Is used for melting the metal
which weight around 400 kg . Then next machine is for giving shapes of the metal which
weight around 150 kg , and the last machine is used for assembling the equipment which
weight around 200 kg. ( labor intensive technique were also used).

PRODUCTION CAPACITY
Per day around 1200 kg of metal were used for making equipment. Production are done
with the available orders per day. The average number of manufacturing orders were 3
to 6 equipment .

But some how all those machine can produce around 2000 kg of equipment per day.
Where as they may change according to demand.

TRANSPORTAION
The products are transported by the company itself. They are transported to NCR AREA
and Panipat and some other neighbour’s states. Buyers only arrange their transport.
LABOURS
They are 15 active people working in the industry. 2 are working at metal melting
department, then 3 are working at the metal grooming and shaping department . 7
people are working in labeling and assembling department. Other 3 are supervisor .The
company took some measures regarding labour safety. Labour are not allowed working
without safety helmet , jacket and shoes.There are fire extinguishers in the industry if
needed. Also, the exit gates are constructed very big so that it will be easy to exist if
there is any fire. Also, insurance has been taken for workers. The working hours per day
is 8 hours and 2 hours’ overtime.

PROBLEMS
1. Due to the very hot temperature in the oven there is a chance of breakage of
diesel pipes.
2. The other problem is the transportation , company not provide transportation
facilities .
3. Machine has a capacity of 2500 kg of production per day , but the average
production of the company is 1400- 1600 kg per day, there is a lack in
utilization of resources.
