Lesson Name : Mod. 7a P 70– Vocabulary Date : / /2018


Class : 1 / 1/ Session: Duration: 90 Minutes
Objectives: By the end of the session students will be able to:-
1. To answer the seen questions related to the NIS video. [Activity (1)]
2. To Activate Ss' background knowledge of some geographical features. [Activity ( 2)].
3. To Present and Practice some further geographical features. [Activity(3)].
4. To Practice using all the vocabulary covered through some exercises. [Activity (4)].
5. To answer the Exit Ticket questions for the evaluation of students’ Comprehensive abilities.

Procedures: Teacher will start by greeting the students, writing the objectives and discussing
them with the students. (10 Min).
Activity [1] Seen Questions Individual work [10 min.]
Objective: To answer the seen questions related to the NIS video.

structure.
2-Students will work in pairs to answer the questions
given. (8 Min)
3-Teacher will be moving around monitoring their
work and trying to facilitate the task given.
4-Teacher will choose random pairs to share their
answers with the class. (8 Min.)
Teacher's Intervention:-

help/clarify/explain different geographical features.

Activity (3) CL [20 Min]: .
Objective: To Present and Practice some further geographical features.(P 70 ex B )

Steps Instructions
1-Students will be seated in “Home Groups”
2-Students will work in groups to answer the
questions given. (8 Min)
3-Teacher will be moving around monitoring their work
and trying to facilitate the task given.
4-Teacher will allow the presenter of each group to
share the answers with the class. (8 Min.)
Teacher's Intervention:-
Teacher will intervene if needed to help/clarify/explain
different geographical features and to help ss
understand different geographical labels. (4 Min.)

Activity (4) CL [20 Min]: .


Objective: To Practice using all the vocabulary covered through some exercises.

1-Students will be back to the class seating
