Drawings & Assisting the Fabricator for Pricing.
➢ Studies all the Bid Documents and assisting the BD Team in getting the

➢ Initial job study & identification of the complexity for the received enquiries.
➢ Calculation of member count & tonnage.
➢ Calculation of optimum man hours to win the job & to suit it for production team.
➢ Co-ordination with BD for any queries on estimation & to resolve it.
➢ Timely observation of the awarded job in line with estimated man hours.
➢ Comparison of the estimated man hours & actual man hours spend to execute the job
➢ Preparation of data reports for tonnage, man hours, member count, and complexity for
different clients.
➢ Provide estimate on productivity basis i.e. man hours required per ton for the required
