How to return your order.

Your order can be partially or fully returned through the new self-service return portal. It’s easy, simply follow the 6 steps
below.

1. START Your return by visiting adidas.co.uk/return-tracker, using your order number and email address to access
your order.
2. SELECT the items you’d like to return along with the reason for returning and hit “submit”.
3. PRINT the return form and label.
4. PACK the products in their original packaging together with the return form in the box.
5. PLACE the return label over of the old address label and seal the box.
6. DROP OFF your package at the Parcel Force collection point (adidas.co.uk/drop-off).

Please note that customised orders are made just for you and cannot be returned except in the case of manufacturing
defect.
