DULCOLAX

Indication: For all form of constipation, relief of pain in evacuation, as

hemorrhoid, before and after operation, preparation of large intestine for
proctosigmoidoscopy.
Contra Indication: acute abdominal operation.
Dosage: once one supersitory or once two tablets daily. If necessary 4
tablets.

PONSTAN
Indication: fever, acute pain and light or medium chronic, due to earache,
toothache/dental pain, joint pain, respiratory track infection, small wound,
bursitis.
Adult : muscular pain, sprained, joint pain, traumatic pain, dysmenorrheal,
after tooth extraction, lumbago.
Contra indication: gastric or intestinal ulcers, asthma,

URIXIN
Indication : for chronic and acute urinary tract infection due to sensitive gram-
negative bacteria.
Side effect : nausea, anorexia, vomiting, constipation diarrhea, stomarhitis.
Caution : not recommended for patient with acute kidney disease; children
under twelve
Dosage : acute urinary tract infection

BACTRIM
Indication : Urinary tract infection like piellonefritis and puelitis due to E. coli,
klebsiella, enterobacter, proteus bacteria; gastrointestinal due to salmonella
and ghigella bacteria as typhoid, parathyroid and bacillary dysentery;
respiration tract as chronic bronchitis and chronic due to H. influenza, S.
pneumonia bacteria; another infection as toxoplasmosis and with selected
drugs cannot be given.
Dosage: adult and children over twelve twice two tablets or one forte tablet
daily: minimum dose and long term treatment (over 14 days : twice one tablet
daily one tablet or half forte tablet; for acute case : once three tablets or one
half forte tablets; drink enough water to avoid crytaluria; 8week-5 month: twice
one half teaspoon syrup daily; 6month-5years : twice children tablet or one
teaspoon syrup daily; 6-12 years : twice two children tablets or two teaspoon
syrup daily.

VALIUM
Indication : tablet psychoneurosis, anxiety, agitation, tention, autonomus
function disturbance, muscular spasm
Injection : for muscular spasm and convoultion, titanus, epylepsy, febrile
(demam) convulsant, eclampsia, aborsia, basal sedation, anastatic
premedication.
Dosage : three times two until five mg daily

GASTROZEPIN
Indication : for acute or cronic for gastric and duodenal ulcer, gastritis, and
duodentis
Caution : not recommended for the first trisemester of preganancy
Side Effect : dry mouth, accomodation disturbance, using with obstructure of
H2 receptor tend to reduce gastric acid secretion.
Dosage : twice 50 mg half an hour before morning and evening meals daily
For acute gastric and duodenal ulcer, add a dose at noon.

CATALIN
Eye drop
Indiction : senile cataract
Side Effect : can caused superficial caratithis, blaspharitis, itchy, and purities.
Dosage : insil five to six hours daily, wash ypur hands before. Unscrew
(diputar) the cap drop one tablet into the solvent directly from the container
without using your hands, then screw the cap, shake until it dissolve, after it
dissolve used it in not less than 20 days. Instill three to five times daily.

NEURAGIN
In : for relief of pain, like headache, mialgia, antralgia, lumbago, dental
pain/toothache, menstrual pain, hipersensitive towards metapiron
Dosage : Adult three to four times one to two caplets daily. Children three to
four times half to one caplet daily.

INFLAMIDE
Each meter puff dosage count : budesonida 100 mcg : 200 mcg. In :
prophylasis broncheo asthma. Contra Indication : sensitive againt
budesonida. Side effect : can caused hoarsness, candid albican infection in
the mouth and throat such a patient can be helped by mouth washing after
using these medication. Warning : patient inhalation technic should be
checked to ensure that the puff is synchronize with inhalation so the dispersal
of the medication in the lungs is optimum. Dosage : adult two times 200 mg in
the morning and evening daily. For acute asthma condition the dise can be
increased to 1400 mcg daily, to the well control patient dosage can be
decreased to 400 mcg daily.
