    EXEMPTION & ADJOURNMENT APPLICATION

    MAY IT PLEASE YOUR HONOR:

    I appear on behalf of the Respondents in the above said matter.

    The Respondents are the residents of District: Vijaywada, State


    of Andhra Pardesh. It is difficult for the Respondents to remain
    present before this Hon’ble Court today due to personal
    difficulty. It is therefore prayed that the Respondents be
    exempted for today.

    The Respondents have discharged the earlier advocate and have


    entrusted the present advocate with the brief. Along with this
    Application the Vakalatnama has been also tendered before this
    Hon’ble Court. The earlier advocate has to hand over the entire
    set of papers and proceeding to the present Advocate.

    In the light of the above circumstances, it is prayed that the


    matter be kindly adjourned for a period of 4 weeks.

    FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS, THE RESPONDENTS SHALL IN DUTY
