RESORT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. NO VALID GOVERNMENT ID NO CHECK-IN POLICY is strictly followed at the resort.


a. For Senior Citizen – Identification card issued by Office of the Senior Citizen Affairs (OSCA)
b. For PWD – ID issued by the National Council for Welfare of Disabled Persons (NCWDP) ; Municipal Mayor or Barangay
Captain of residence.
2. Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and Check-out time is at 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out depends on room availability
and with corresponding charges.
3. Incidental deposit of Php3,000.00 per room per night is required upon check-in. This is refundable after check-out should
there be no charges incurred during stay.
4. Cancellation policy is indicated in your billing statement which will be applied to your booking even to change or move
dates. Please study carefully. You may revise or cancel your booking subject to revision, cancellation and no show policies
stated in the policy section. We reserve the right to charge you with applicable cancellation and no show fees in accordance
with the stated policies.
5. Billing Statement indicates the room and the services you have paid for. Anything that has been overlooked should be
shouldered by the guest and must be paid at the resort. Kindly review it and let us know should there be a problem with the
inclusion(s) and reservation details.
6. In order to avail of the child rate, guest must present child's passport or birth certificate during reservation and at the front
office upon check in. Otherwise adult rate will be applied.
7. Children under 12 years old will only be allowed in direct pool access rooms when parents sign waiver for injuries that
might be sustained during their stay.
8. Bed type, smoking preference and room location are all subject to availability upon check-in; however a sincere effort will
be made to accommodate your requests.
9. NON Smoking Policy- in order to maintain the beauty and comfort of our accommodations, for non-smoking rooms,
violators will be charged a penalty fee equivalent to 2 nights based on published rates.
10. In case of a refund, aside from the applicable cancellation fee, additional P 500 per booking will be charged as refund
processing fee.
11. Buffet Meals served at the resort are variety of International Cuisine based on the Chef’s discretion; any other meal
preferences or serving requests are not applicable. Also, Sea Breeze and Coral Café dining is based on first come first serve
basis. Advance set up or table reservation is discouraged.
12. The resort is not responsible for cancelled flights/ferries due to technical problems, cancellation policy still applies. If an
airline diverts its flight to other destination and for personal reason you decide not to go on with your trip, cancellation
policy still applies.
13. If you availed of our transfer service, we need to be advised of your flight time and ferry schedule details, otherwise
transfer cannot be provided. Any change of information should be advised to us or else your original flight time and details

14. The resort will not be held liable for services not rendered or for any loss or damage due to natural calamity flight or boat
transfer cancellations due to bad weather or national events.
