I am Jimuel John Barrel Zubiaga, a Licensed Professional Teacher. I graduated on April 7, 2018 at
the University of Eastern Philippines - Catarman with the degree Bachelor of Elementary Education
– Home Economics (CUM LAUDE). I recently passed the Board Licensure Examination for
Professional Teachers (BLEPT) on September 30, 2018 where I obtained 78.20% board rating.
