INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES ASPIRING FOR ADMISSION IN B TECH IN SPECIAL ROUND 2019

1. Register Online through

(i) Filling Google form including uploading of Class XII mark-sheet and JEE -2019 score card (if applicable).
(ii) Online payment of Rs.1000/- (non- refundable).
2. Last date to fill registration form is 7th Aug.2019, link availability for registration – to be from evening of 4th Aug. 2019.
3. Last date and time for online registration fee payment is extended upto 2 P. M. 9th Aug. 2019- , link availability for
payment – to be from afternoon/evening of 7th Aug. 2019. Take print of the payment, and upload the receipt/roof of
payment on a link to be made available from evening of 7 th Aug. 2019- till 2 P. M. on 9th Aug. 2019.
4. Case/s of the filled registration form, without uploaded proof of payment of registration fees – till the deadline, may not
be considered in final merit list and counselling/seat allotment.
5. Candidate is to ensure his/her eligibility as per REAP –information booklet 2019 before registration.
6. Registration is not a gurantee for seat allotment.
7. Ineligible candidates, at whatever stage, detected, shall be liable for rejection/punitive action as per law of the land.
8. Merit list is likely to be displayed by late night hours on 8 th Aug. 2019 on notice board/website.
9. One may check his/her merit number and objections, if any, are to be supported by substantiate proofs and submitted by
E mail to chiefproctoruce@gmail.com latest by 5 P. M. on 9th Aug. 2019.
10. Final merit list to be made available by late night hours of 10 th Aug 2019 on notice board/website.
11. Aspirants for admission need to report in person on 13 th August 2019 with the original documents and one self- attested
copy of the documents near Chief Proctor Office, RTU, Kota, as per the details given below:
(i) All EWS – 10.00 A. M.
(ii) Special round Open/Gen merit No. 1 to 20 – 10.30 A. M.
(iii) Special round Open/Gen merit No. 21 to 80- 11.30 A. M.
(iv) Special round Open/Gen merit No. 81 to 140- 1.00 P. M.
(v) Special round Open/Gen merit No. 141-200 – 2.00 P. M.
(vi) Special round Open/Gen merit no. 201 onwards, if any- 3.00 P. M.
12. All original documents need to be brought on 13 th Aug. 2019, without it, candidature may be rejected.
13. All candidates are required to bring a D D equal to Rs 22,500/- favouring RTU UD Academic Fee Account (New
Admission), payable at Kota on 13th Aug 2019. If seat is allotted during Counselling, the candidate will be required to
pay the balance amount of fee immediately online (cash or cheque shall not be entertained).
14. The amount of balance fees payable on 13th Aug. 2019 for SFS seats = Rs 22500/-, and that for GAS seats – General,
OBC= Rs.15,000/-
15. Induction program including familirisation with labs and branches of study /classes have started, so, on admission, it is
advised to join from 14th August 2019.
