1. Take only un rust material for the further processing
2. If Rusty material found informed production supervisor to make an rust removal process for
the WIP parts
3. Ensured no water leakages in shed area
4. If any water leakages observed informed to HR department for an action & ensured that
same material is not coming in contact with water if not possible please protect it by plastic
sheet
5. Select the material in process which having Old JRC number on Tag
6. Used the trolley /pallets bins which are clean from dust dirt & free from rusty & In Good
conditions
7. Trolley must be properly painted & trolley surfaces should not be rusty condition
8. Transport vehicle shall be free from any water leakage have back cover
9. Curtain must be available at the loading& unloading dock to prevent rain water coming
inside the plant
10. Use Appropriate oil ( Castrol Dw32X ) by spray or wiping method on the parts which are not
moved more than one day from our plant
11. Clan the tray bin Trolley as per defined frequency -bimonthly

DO NOT
1. Do not Take a Rusty raw material for the further processing for the next
Process & brings to notice to supervisor
2. Do not put a material in a trolley or plastic bin which having a dust or oil or
in broken conditions
3. Do not take a fresh JRC material as against old JRC number material having a
same operating conditions
4. If Jobs are found in a process of rust or parts having a tag date more than
one day please bring to notice supervisor in order to make oil applications
