Please take a Notice that:- In terms of the powers vested in the undersigned as the Authorised officer of
Bank of Maharashtra, Bhopal Zone under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and
Enforcement of Security interest Act,2002 (SARFAESI Act) the Rules, Authorised officer of the bank has
taken possession of the assets mentioned below for taking action under the SARFAESI Act and to sell the
said assets for recovery of the dues i.e - Rs.33,84,598/- (Rupees Thirty Three Lakh Eighty Four Thousand
Five Hundred and Ninety Eight only) as on 16.04.2015 plus interest w.e.f.01.01.2015 @10.25%
Description of the Mortgaged Property

Kalan,Bhopal, M.P., admeasuring 1000 sq.ft.
It is observed that the amount due to the Bank is not yet paid by you all. Please note that the Authorised
Officer of the Bank under the powers vested in him under the SARFAESI Act and Rules, shall be selling
the said properties or any part thereof by any mode prescribed by the Act to any purchaser/s on the terms
and conditions as may be determined by the Bank in its sole discretion, after expiry of a period of 15 days
from the date of this notice if the entire amount due to the Bank together with up-to-date interest, costs and
charges are not paid by you during this period.

Bank of Maharashtra, Bhopal Zone under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and
Enforcement of Security interest Act,2002 (SARFAESI Act) the Rules, Authorised officer of the bank has
taken possession of the assets mentioned below for taking action under the SARFAESI Act and to sell the
said assets for recovery of the dues i.e - Rs.2497165/- as on 02.05.2016 plus Interest @ 12.95 %
p.a. w.e.f. 01.12.2015. + penal interest and other charges.
It is observed that the amount due to the Bank is not yet paid by you all. Please note that the Authorised
Officer of the Bank under the powers vested in him under the SARFAESI Act and Rules, shall be selling
the said properties or any part thereof by any mode prescribed by the Act to any purchaser/s on the terms

hundred seventy eight only) plus interest thereon @ 12.95 % w.e.f. 01.12.2016 + panel interest & other
expenses as on 04.04.2017.
Please take a Notice that:- In terms of the powers vested in the undersigned as the Authorised officer of
Bank of Maharashtra, Bhopal Zone under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and
Enforcement of Security interest Act,2002 (SARFAESI Act) the Rules, Authorised officer of the bank has
