    Respected Sir,

    Most respectfully showeth:

    1. That, the above noted case is pending before this Hon’ble Court and is

    fixed for today i.e. 18.05.2019.

    2. That, the applicant/accused cannot come present before this Honorable

    Court to mark his presence as his family member is suffering from an

    illness due to which he had to go out of the station.

    3. That, the absence of the applicant/accused is neither malafide and nor

    intentional rather it is due to aforesaid inadvertent circumstance.

    PRAYER

    It is, therefore most respectfully prayed that the personal appearance of the
    applicant/accused may kindly be exempted for today.
