2. WHAT : Violation of PD1602 as amended to RA 9287.

3. WHEN: September 7, 2019 at about 6:10 in the evening

4. WHERE: Sitio Centro, Brgy. Sapang Maragul, Tarlac City

5. WHO : Arrested suspect were 1) MARITES PINEDA y Santos 58 yrs

old, married, Operator (DOB December 1, 1960), 2) EDGARDO LOPEZ y Matias 48
yrs old, married, tricycle driver (DOB February 28, 1972), 3) Raymond Caballero
legal age, married (at large), 4) Bonifacio Cabenta legal age, married (at large)
and 5) Amelita Suba legal age, married (at large) and all are resident of said
place.

6. HOW : PCP5 Personnel led by P/MAJOR HEROLITO DV TERIA,

Precinct Commander conducted Anti-illegal gambling operation that resulted in
the arrest of the suspects while in the act of playing Mahjong. Confiscated pcs
of evidence were 1 set of mahjong tiles & bet money amounting to P189.00 in
different denomination. After informing them of their constitutional rights, arrested persons
and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to this precinct for further investigation and
proper disposition. Case for Violation of PD 1602 as amended to RA 9287 were being readied for
filling in court against the suspects.
