ABSTRACT
This system will monitor/watch the in and out of the gadgets inside a
particular establishments like school, company, museum and etc.
The owner of a gadget should apply for their barcode and then the
barcode will serve as the identification card of the gadget to be able to carry it
inside an establishment. The security will check the ID of the gadget and
compare if it is registered in the system. Now if it is in the system it will generate
a pass code. This will serve as the Entering Code of the gadget. It will be
registered as “IN” with date, time, and place and when the owner decide to exit
with his gadget this pass code will also serve as the Exit Code and it will be
registered “OUT” with the time only. If the person handling the gadget does not
have the Pass code he will be hold and his gadget because the security will have
to check if he is the real owner or not. To check if the gadget is really registered
in the system, the security will ask some vital information about the person to
compare it inside the system. If his answers did not satisfy the questions, this
should be reported to the Security and let them contact the real owner to let him
know that the gadget is in their hands now.
The project will prevent the issues of gadget stealing as much as 100%. It
may also make our lives convenient and efficient to the point that we have
nothing to worry about our gadgets.
