Description
 
The Romblon State University, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites Bidders to apply for eligibility
and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contract.
 
Tittle: Procurement of Backhoe Loader Equipment
ABC: Php 4,000,000.00, Bid Docs Fee: 5,000.00
 
The Bidding will be conducted through the open competitive bidding procedures using a non­discriminatory
“pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184,
otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”A complete set of bidding documents may be
purchased by the interested bidder/s on or before November 28, 2016, from the address below and upon payment
of a non­refundable fee for the bidding documents. The Bid Documents must be delivered/submitted to the address
below on or before the opening of Bids on November 28, 2016. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in
any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB clause 18. 
 
Interested bidders may obtain further information from Romblon State University and inspect the bidding documents
at the address given from Monday to Friday 08:00AM­05:00PM. (1) The Pre­Bid Conference is on November 14,
2016 at 08:00AM, (2) the deadline of submission of bid docs is on November 28, 2016, at 9:00 AM, and (3) the
opening of Bid Docs and the eligibility check is on November 28, 2016, at 10:00AM at the BAC Office, Romblon State
University, Odiongan, Romblon. The Romblon State University reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul
the bidding process, and to reject any bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any
liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
