    DOUGH:

    1 ½ CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

    1 TSP SALT

    1/3 LARD

    3-6 TBSP COLD WATER

    FILLING:

    5 EGG YOLKS

    ¾ CUP CONDENSED MILK

    ¾ CUP EVAPORATED MILK

    ¼ SUGAR
