Cable Details ▻ Place the 2mm heat shrink tubes over the exposed
(1) Main Controller ßà Sensor joints and heat them with flame
▻ Place the 6mm heat shrink tube over all joints heat with
▻ Main Controller should be connected to sensors via 4- flame
core (7/39) data cables
▻ You can find 4 sets of 4-core data cable protruding from
the main controller unit, one per tank. Similarly, each
sensor shall have a 4-core data cable protruding.
▻ Each of these 4 sets are marked 1, 2, 3 and 4 using
ferrule. These correspond to port numbers in the (2) Main Controller ßà Motor Controller
configuration screen of the LemonBee Mobile App ▻ Main Controller should be connected to motor controller
▻ 4-core (7/39) data cable can be joined with one another via CAT 5 cable
as per instructions given below: ▻ RJ45 socket is provided in main controller & in motor

Installation Procedure

STEP 1 Main Controller Unit Without


LEMONBEE
▻ Fix on a suitable wall where there is a provision of AC à
power plug nearby and good availability of Wi-Fi signal
▻ Routing of wires to tanks and motors should be easy & of
minimal distance

STEP 2 Motor Controller Unit


▻ Fix on a suitable wall near the motor switch
▻ Remove existing 230V wires from the motor switch.
Connect neutral directly to motor.
▻ Connect the main AC input to point #1 (see following With
diagram) of the controller LEMONBEE
▻ Connect point #2 (see diagram below) of controller to à
the motor switch input.
▻ Connect point #3 (see diagram below) of controller to
the motor via the motor switch output point.

▻ In case of an underground tank such as sump tank,
STEP 3 Sensor Unit ▻ Route the cable through a hole or groove in the
ground to allow free movement of sump lid
▻ Make sure that the cable from main controller reaches ▻ Make sure the sensor cable is protected from

Motors & Tanks Configuration
▻ Go to the Device Configuration Option
STEP 5 Configuration ▻ Use the Add Motor option to configure the following for

Troubleshooting

Issue Tip(s)
