Proposed Action Plan to Enhance the Academic Performance of the

Students by Implementing Free Tuition Fee

Rationale

Having a free tuition fee as an aid addressing school problems is one way

to improve the educational background of the school. It is also a big help for the

students to motivate and improve their academic performance. And the

effectiveness of this can be seen to the teachers and students on how to deal

with it.

The importance of this action plan is to enhance the capabilities of the

teachers and students with their academic performance and providing knowledge

to the students. The researchers hope that it would help the students as well as

the teachers developing their knowledge and to enhance their academic

performance.

The persons involved in this study are the teacher and students must be

aware of having free tuition fee to have meaningful learning development. It must

institute high expectations through cooperation and encouragement based on the

capacity of individuals.

General Objectives

To enhance the academic performance of the student towards the effect

of poverty.
Specific Objectives

After the implementation of the proposed action plan the participants

involved are expected to:

1. Conduct some orientation on the part of the School Administrators and the

faculty teachers in regards on how to lessen the negative effects of the

poverty and how to enhance their academic performance of the students

by conducting some rules and guidelines to this problem.

2. Teachers should also develop the effect of poverty for them to be more

knowledgeable enough in handling those problems that is related to the

implemented free tuition fee.

3. Students also will gain more ideas about those free tuition fee and iot

would be easier for them to understand that those free tuition fee are

being implemented in their school which is also related to poverty and can

be used them to have better result.

Mechanics of Implementation

The proposed action plan will be presented to the School Administrator for

the some correction and other recommendations. The researchers seek to

discuss thoroughly the program to the persons involved if there are some

queries. Comments and suggestions shall be accepted for the better program

implementation.
Schedule of Implementation

The implementation of the proposed action plan will start at the beginning

of the school year 2019-2020 and continue improving to the succeeding years.

Immediate implementation is highly recommended to achieve the proposed

objective well.

Evaluative Measure

A profound effort among the school personnel in monitoring and

evaluating the implementation of the plan is highly needed. Any undesirable

outcome shall be given corrective measure to upgrade the implementation.
