    Dear Sir/Madam,
    As an academic organization, the Union of Social Sciences and Philosophy is committed
    to the intellectual advancement of each of its members, and as a whole, aims to contribute to the
    state of affairs in the discipline. A diverse student body, the Union of Social Sciences and
    Philosophy consists of students from Political Science, Social Studies and Philosophy. As future
    Parliamentarians and Leaders, our organization would like to request that RT 401 be divided into
    half for the reason that it is idle and being used as stock room. Our organization would like to use
    the room that will serve the student body to conduct Parliamentary sessions, meetings, and office.
    Rest assured that the room issued will be improved and for academic purposes only.
