Summary:
In a little town exist a river that it was the sustenance of the people, but they did not
know how to take care it, and the consequences begin to emerge. Villagers become
aware of their actions and history returns in time, where they take care of water for
future generations.
 Part 1
Narrator: In a small town called Springfield there is a river that is the raw material for
the inhabitants. But lately the river is being polluted.
Daughter: Mom, I’m going to walk on the river
Mother: Okay daughter, but be careful
Narrator: The girl goes around the town and observes the problems that occur in the
city.
Miner: I´m going to throw away this waste that I have left and nobody will notice
Garbage man: I´m in hurry I better throw the garbage here in the river
Farmer: I already used this pesticide, I´m going to throw it into the river.
Narrator: The girl surprised goes running to her house to tell her mother what it saw
Daughter: Mom, mom! People are polluting the river we have to do something
Mother: Let´s talk daughter with the mayor. Mr. Mayor, we have to do something to
stop the pollution of the river.
Mayor: I´m busy solving other problems more important
Narrator: The days passed and the river was so polluted that it could not be used. The
people could not realize their daily activities and over time no one lived in that place.
Narrator: These are the consequences of pollution, I wonder what would have
happened if the attitudes of the residents changed.

Part 2
Daughter: Mom, I´m going to walk on the river
Mother: Okay daughter, but be careful
Narrator: The girl travel on river and look how the people take care the river
Miner: I´m going to throw that rubbish left over. No, it´s better to wait that pass the
dump
Farmer: I have already used this pesticide, but I won´t throw it into the river, I will wait
for the dump to pass
Garbage man: Now that I have picked up the trash, I will throw where corresponding
and I get home quickly
Narrator: The girl was happy to see this. She come back home to tell her mother what
happened it.
Daughter: Mom, mom! The river is brilliant and clean as forever because the people
are taking care it
Mother: It´s good daughter! In this manner the river must be clean
Narrator: The mayor gathers everyone to give them the information
Mayor: The town of Springfield. I invited you to congratulate them because the river is
clean and will live for a long time.

Resumen:
En un pequeño pueblo existe un río que era el sustento de la gente, pero no sabían
cómo cuidarlo, y las consecuencias comienzan a surgir. Los aldeanos se dan cuenta
de sus acciones y la historia regresa en el tiempo, en donde cuidan el agua para las
generaciones futuras.
 Parte 1
Narrador: En un pequeño pueblo llamado Springfield hay un río que es la materia
prima para los habitantes. Pero últimamente el río está siendo contaminado.
Hija: Mamá, voy a caminar por el río.
Madre: Ok hija, pero ten cuidado
Narrador: La niña recorre el pueblo y observa los problemas que ocurren en la ciudad.
Minero: voy a tirar esta basura que me queda y nadie se dará cuenta
Hombre de la basura: tengo prisa, mejor arrojo la basura aquí en el río
Agricultor: Ya usé este pesticida, lo voy a tirar al río.
Narrador: La niña sorprendida va corriendo a su casa para contarle a su madre lo que
vio.
Hija: Mamá, mamá! La gente está contaminando el río, tenemos que hacer algo
Madre: Hablemos hija con el alcalde. Señor. Alcalde, tenemos que hacer algo para
detener la contaminación del río.
Alcalde: estoy ocupado resolviendo otros problemas más importantes
Narrador: Pasaron los días y el río estaba tan contaminado que no pudo ser utilizado.
La gente no podía realizar sus actividades diarias y con el tiempo nadie vivía en ese
lugar.
Narrador: Estas son las consecuencias de la contaminación, me pregunto qué habría
pasado si las actitudes de los residentes hubieran cambiado.

Parte 2
Hija: Mamá, voy a caminar por el río.
Madre: Ok hija, pero ten cuidado
Narrador: La niña viaja por el río y mira cómo la gente cuida el río.
Minero: voy a tirar la basura sobrante. No, es mejor esperar que pase el basurero
Agricultor: ya he usado este pesticida, pero no lo tiraré al río, esperaré a que pase el
vertedero
Hombre de la basura: ahora que he recogido la basura, tiraré donde corresponda y
llegaré a casa rápidamente
Narrador: La niña estaba feliz de ver esto. Ella regresó a casa para contarle a su
madre lo que sucedió.
Hija: Mamá, mamá! El río es brillante y limpio como siempre porque la gente lo cuida
Madre: ¡Es buena hija! De esta manera el río debe estar limpio.
Narrador: El alcalde reúne a todos para darles la información.
Alcalde: Ciudad de Springfield. Los invité a felicitarlos porque el río está limpio y vivirá
por mucho tiempo.
