Subject: - Request to release the pending salary payment.

Respected Sir,

I am working as a Sales Coordinator/Computer Operator with a pay scale of Rs 3500/-

per month. On 20th September 2011 left the job and join a new company. I work for 19
days in that month under the guidance of Mr. Raina. I had to get 2216 amount as a
remaining salary. From which I get Rs 1000/- with Mr. Sunny Patel (M.D.).

There was Rs. 1216/- remaining as a pending salary amount. It was my humble request
that if it was possible please also release my bonus amount because I just left the job
before 7 days of Diwali.

Please take any necessary decision about this matter and inform me about action taken
in this matter.

I now request you to kindly release my pending salary and the payment that I am
entitled.
