Subject: – Criminal Complaint- Complaint Against Shaik Shabaz, Abdul
Khaleel, Qasim and others for beating Me, my Wife (Tasleem Sultana), my
Daughter Nabiba (Minor) and my Sister (Amtul Fouziya) & threatening
with the dire consequences and to pressuring us to vacate the flat. Req.

I, the undersigned Dr. Javeed M.A.R S/o M.A Jabbar Aged About 37 Year, Occupation
Dentist Doctor, R/o: Flat 302 Saleem Residency, Santosh Nagar Near CRIDA Road
would like to submit the following few lines for your kind consideration and requesting
you to please take immediate, stern and necessary action in the above said subject.

1. That I have rented a flat in the above said complex from Mr. Muneer (Owner of the
above said Flat 302 at Saleem Residency Santosh Nagar Near CRIDA Road) in the
Month of November 2018, I am staying in the said flat with my old age mother, wife and
children namely Tasleem Sultanan (Wife), Nabiba (Daughter Minor) Zarees (Son
Minor), Zaheer (Son Minor) and Zakir (Son Minor) and my old age mother Fatima
begum. That my Sister also lives in the same said complex in Flat no 401 along with her
family Aiman (Daughter Minor) Aisar (Son Minor) & Areeb (Son Minor)

2. Sir the above said persons want us to vacate the flat to which they have no concern in any
manner. Sir the above said persons with this Motive continuously Harassing Me, My
Family and to my Sister’s Family and on 10/05/2019 the above said persons beaten me &
threaten my wife to vacate the flat otherwise to face dire consequences.

3. Sir the above said person continuously harassing my small children of age 10yrs, 8yrs
and 6 yrs and in my absence using most filthy language with my wife and to my sister
outraged her modesty many a times.

4. Sir on 15/06/2019 i.e., today at about 5pm the above said persons again threaten my wife
and my children upon my enquiry the said persons attacked me and my wife with the
sticks and used the most filthy language, outraged her modesty and asked us to vacate the
flat otherwise they will kill me and wife.

Hence I request your good offfice to take Immediate & Stern Action and also seek police
protection from these anti social elements. Your immediate and kind act will save the life &
liberty of myself and my family members.
