    In the performance of the subject as a maintenance worker on this institution towards


    to his responsibilities, he can’t cope up because of the following;
    Reporting for work always late.
    Always out of post.
    Absent with out proper permission.
    Sleeping while on duty.
    Disobeying a direct instruction.
    Doesn’t do his job well.

    Plus, despite all the chances I have given him for so many times just to realized that his
    job is very important for his family, but still he keep on doing it, for short he doesn’t care at all.
    So my strong recommendation to your good office to take him out from my department.
