Recipe and Measurements for Aoi

Ice per cup approx. 200g ice.

Honey lemon base = 500ml water + 10 tablespoons honey (gsy 150ml) + one small lemon (mild
lemon flavour)

Osmanthus sugar base = 120ml water (some water will be boiled off) / 100ml simple syrup to 1
tablespoon flowers

Roselle syrup = 8 flowers to 120ml water / 100ml simple syrup

Honey Lemon Drinks

6 tablespoon honey mix (approx. 100ml) + 1 tablespoon roselle + 200g ice top up blue tea

6 tablespoon honey mix (approx. 100ml) + 1 tablespoon osmanthus + 200g ice top up red tea

Dragonfruit Drinks

Base Dragonfruit Mash =

Base Mash (2 tablespoons) + 2 tablespoons osmanthus syrup + 200g ice top up blue tea

Milk (Fresh) + 2 tablespoons osmanthus syrup (mix with milk) + 2 tablespoons mash

Base Mash (2 tablespoons) + 2 tablespoons roselle syrup + 200g ice top up red tea
