We are writing to tell you that the famous computer expert, Ms Aydrea Haressa will
unfortunately not be able to give a talk at our next club meeting due to personal
reasons. She has requested we reschedule the talk for next year in either January or
March. Please contact the club secretary if you have a preference for one of the two
months. Our meeting will take place as usual with a discussion on the advantages and
disadvantages of learning on the internet.

Dear Ani,

Hi, Ani. I am Linda, one of the member of the computer club. I would like to inform that Miss
Aydrea Haressa would not be able to attend the talk next week. She asked to reschedule the talk in
January or March. We would be having normal discussion in the next club meeting.

I am really disappointed with the last minute cancellation of the talk as I had prepared the
brochures and files for the talk. I had also ordered meals for the participants. I need to cancel it as it is
really last minute and I am sure the participants would be disappointed too.

Ani, please contact Miss Aydrea secretary to fix another date as fast as you can. We have to
book as she would be busy with other things. Please let me soon as I need to rearrange all the
necessities. Thanks. Bye.
