How do we do it?
We do this effectively at lower cost, better speed and larger scale using integrated supply chain
powered by technology, analytics, infrastructure and logistics network.
We move 600 Tonnes of produce from farmers to retailers in less than 12 hours every day!
We work with 12,000+ farmers and 17,000+ retailers every month. We had been previously been
operating out of Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad. In the last 4 months we have launched in Delhi,
Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad, and have doubled our volumes. For our next phase of
(hyper)growth, we plan to scale up to 20+ cities across India.
In a short span of 3.5+ years, we have garnered support from various stakeholders who believe in
our mission and stand by us. We have recently raised $100 million (Series C) which has been one of
the largest investments by Tiger Global, which is the solo largest best in an Indian Startup ever by the
New-York based firm. Our investors include Accel US, Syngenta Ventures, Jo Hirao, Founder of
ZIGExN, Neoplux, HR Capital and Trifecta Capital, Accel India, Nandan Nilekani, Mistletoe and
Qualcomm Ventures.

You can be placed in any one of the below mentioned business verticals:
Operations team owns the execution of daily operations and ensures we deliver the FnV to
the customers in a timely fashion. In Operations, you shall work on different aspects such as
daily operations, planning at either central or city levels.
2) Sales
Sales department in Ninjacart helps grow the business by adding new customers (Retail
shops / Kirana shops/Supermarkets). Metrics such as order count, active base, customer
acquisitions fall under this department. Under our repeat, direct sales model, you gain
exposure to general trade sales as in any FMCG. The role may evolve into either direct sales
or sales planning, as per your capabilities.
3) Category
As a category manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to achieve product
penetration, market intelligence and quality metrics. The Category department is directly
responsible for the PnL at different scales.

plate and lives of India’s 58% workforce i.e farmers and we are looking for young leaders who can
scale the vision and make it possible.
