DEED OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this Waiver of Rights is being executed this ___ day of _____2019 in
_______________, by and between:

HEIRS of PATRICIO BERNARDO represented by Mrs. Juliana Bernardo Cruz of legal age,
married, Filipino and residents of Wawa, Taguig City, Philippines and ELVIRA MARCELO, of legal
age, Filipino, and residents of Garlang, San Ildefonso, Bulacan, Philippines, after being sworn in
accordance with law, hereby declare that:

1. I, JULIANA BERNARDO CRUZ is the legal representative of the Heirs of Patricio

Bernardo who died on May 12, 2003 at Garlang, San Ildefonso, Bulacan, Philippines.

2. That during the lifetime of the late PATRICIO BERNARDO he acquired 10,870m² of the
parcel of land stated in the DARAB decision CASE no. R-03-02-0367’00 Lot 1671.

3. That I, JULIANA BERNARDO CRUZ with the virtue of Special Power of Attorney, do
hereby waive, transfer and convey all our rights, interests and application for the
CLOA title over said parcel of land.

4. That this waiver of rights is being executed in favor of ELVIRA MARCELO and I hereby
quit and waive our ownership of the above-mentioned parcel of land all causes of
action regarding said parcel of land in favor of ELVIRA MARCELO and assigns from this
date as originally arranged and agreed.
