Our Learning Adventures Highlights We had a lot going on in our 4 days of learning last week. We completed the COGAT assessment on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. During math workshop, we continued to solve problems involving multiplication and division and decomposing factors into smaller pieces so that we can solve any problem that we see. In reading workshop, we investigated how to read historical informational texts by noticing the order of events. In writing workshop, we continued our work with using descriptive language when writing and really focused on using complete sentences that include correct punctuation and capitalization. Unit of Inquiry We split into groups and investigated the major rivers of the United States. Tomorrow we will present our findings with the rest of the crew.
