AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLAINT

The UNDERSIGNED, MARRY JANE Y. SAMPOT accuses JUNRIEL N.

BERALLO, of crime of THEFT INCIDENT defined and Punished under
R.A 10344 of the revise Penal Code Committed as follows:

That on or about the 29TH day January 2019, at Municipality of

Guipos ZDS, the said accused did then and there willfully, unlawfully,
feloniously, and by means of THEFT INCIDENT, committed at exactly
7pm in the evening upon the undersigned directly by overt acts to wit: The
said suspect was intentionally grabbed the bag of the victim infront of
Palawan Express, and went to the unknown direction.

The undersigned executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of

the foregoing facts and to support the filing of Criminal Cases against
Loyloy Kalooy for violations of R.A 10344
7:00 PM, this 29th day of January, 2019.

JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I am Junriel N. Berallo , 22yrs old, single,Filipino and residence of

Pob. Guipos Zamboanga del Sur, after having been sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby and deposed and state:

I was present and personally saw that accused, Loyloy

Kalooy, committed the crime of Theft Incident against the victim
Marry Jane Y. Sampot

1. While I was sitting inside the Palawan express, I see the

suspect wearing black T-shirt, hat and blue jeans with
slippers.

2. The suspect automatically grabbed the bag of the victim

and went to unknown direction.

I executed this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing facts and
to support the filing of Criminal Cases against LOYLOY KALOOY for
violations of RA 10344.
